With the Micro-Drip-System, Gardena has developed an extensive range for automated garden irrigation. The system consists of more than 90 individual components that can be combined to form one system. Factor's task was to structure this range as simply as possible for buyers and to present it attractively.
Factor facilitated the intensive exchange between stakeholders and retailers in order to develop packaging that everyone understands immediately. This process was accompanied by extensive retail research. The result was a big picture with a surprising result that demonstrably increases sales.
The packaging is a silent seller. In order to perform the demanding task of providing orientation on the shelf, space is needed for the illustration, explanation and differentiation of the individual product. By turning the blister cards over, we found a unique and surprisingly simple solution which creates more space for communication on the front. The focus here is on the application images. An illustrated overview shows at a glance where each individual product belongs in the system.
With great clarity and reduction to the key statements, we create a flexible packaging concept that gets by largely without words for markets worldwide while combining the various product groups and packaging forms into a powerful and compact presence on the shelf.
Sales have increased significantly as customers now understand the system and can find their products.
