After years of working with different agencies in the various European regions and different interpretations of the branding, Intuitive's head office decided to bundle all measures with one agency in order to ensure a uniform brand image throughout Europe.
Together with European Marketing, we control the measures to be implemented. The constant exchange with the internal Brand & Creative Team ensures a uniform European brand presence and the same perception of the Intuitive brand.
Ensure that all measures, whether online or offline, are implemented in line with the defined specifications. However, taking into account regional specifics, such as different ethnicities, which look different depending on the market in Europe, product availability and language adaptations.
Intuitive has had a presence in the various European markets for varying lengths of time. Depending on the market, a lot of convincing is needed in hospitals and among surgeons, as the decision to use a system such as the da Vinci entails far-reaching changes. For this reason, some measures are still being printed in order to pass them on to the decision- makers in the hospitals. Patients also need to be educated and the difference between a laparoscopic and a robotic-assisted procedure needs to be explained. We developed a new illustration style for this type of explainer film.
The Intuitive Ecosystem is where all of Intuitive’s services are mapped. The robot is an important part of the offering, but only a part. The services as a whole set Intuitive apart from other market players and provide a clear competitive advantage. The Ecosystem’s services are regularly presented at events and trade fairs throughout Europe.
The Intuitive imagery is an important building block of the branding. We expand the image pool with images that meet European requirements. Not only are different people shown, but also the surgical attire varies from country to country.
