Finally – a complex
range repackaged and made understandable

The Micro-Drip system comprises a range of more than 90 individual components. These can be installed in a wide variety of configurations. Factor was tasked with structuring this complex product range in a way that buyers could understand and presenting it in an attractive way.
The basic idea was to turn the packaging smartly by 180 degrees at the POS. This disruptive packaging solution formed the foundation for 1,500 articles in markets in over 100 countries. A principle not previously seen in the market.
Turning the blister cards allowed the entire front to be used, so that customers could get to know each article. The components themselves, whose design and functions are not self-explanatory anyway, were relegated to the back. This created a very uniform image across all product packaging.
Flexible and clear
With great clarity and reduction to the most important statements, a flexible packaging concept has been created that largely gets by without words in markets all over the world. The different product groups and packaging shapes form a homogeneous appearance on the shelves of the DIY stores.
Sales have increased significantly because customers now understand the system and can find their product quickly.

Product - explain yourself to me!
The packaging becomes the silent salesman. In order to realize the demanding task of orientation on the shelf, we needed space for pictures, illustrations, icons and short explanations. Now the entire front of the packaging is available as a communication stage. The products were relegated to the back.
